How do I sign up to become a member?
Purchase a membership via our online purchase link. Once you purchase a membership, you’ll be prompted to download the app via your email.
How do I schedule or cancel a class?
All scheduling and cancellations can be managed through our app or online platform. If you have any issues/questions, please call/text 253-200-0741.
What is the cancellation policy for attending a class?
We ask that you cancel at least 8 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation. This allows us to open the spot for someone else who may be on the waitlist. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a $35 fee or loss of that session, depending on your membership.
What is the cutoff time for signing up for a class?
You can sign up for a class up to one hour before it starts, depending on spot availability. We recommend booking early to reserve your spot.
What is the grace period for attending class?
We understand life happens! There is a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please note that if you’re more than 5 minutes late, you may not be admitted to class for your safety and the flow of the group.
How long are the classes?
All classes are 55 minutes long, designed to give you a full, effective, and intentional workout.
Is there a trial or drop-in option?
Yes! We offer both. We offer an unlimited monthly trail for only $97. We recommend trying our strength classes for an entire month to experience the benefits of our strategically designed four-week progressive training program. Drop-in rates are available if you’re not ready for a full month membership or want to add a class outside of a membership.
Membership Details
What does the membership include?
Membership includes access to our expert-led Strength and/or Pilates classes.
Can I attend as many classes as I want in one week?
Yes! You can attend as many Strength and/or Pilates classes as you would like each week until your class membership runs out. We encourage consistency, so come as often as it works for your schedule. For example, if you have the 12/month membership plan you can come M, W, F one week and M, Th, F the following week OR if you are only able to attend 2 classes one week, you can attend 4 classes the next week. You will be allotted 12 classes for the month under this plan.
If I use all my classes within my membership for the month, can I still attend more?
Yes! If you’ve used all your allotted classes for the month and want to attend additional sessions, you’re welcome to attend at a drop-in rate.
Alternatively, if you find yourself consistently wanting more sessions, it will be worth upgrading to a higher-tier membership or unlimited plan!
Can I use my membership for both Strength and Pilates Classes?
Yes! You can attend just pilates, just strength or a combination of both.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership if you’re going out of town for an extended period or dealing with an injury. We require at least one-week notice before your next billing cycle. Limit of 2 pauses per calendar year. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks or partial use.
To initiate a pause, please email info@thephysioperformance.com with your requested dates and reason for the pause.
What is the cancellation policy for the membership?
We require at least 30 days notice. To cancel, please email us at info@thephysioperformance.com or call/text us at 253-200-0741. Verbal notice to coaches does not qualify as an official cancellation. You are welcome to rejoin at any time, subject to class availability.

Class Experience
What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. We provide mats, but you are welcome to bring your own. We will provide all the equipment you need.
What if I am new or have not exercised in a while?
You are in the right place! Our classes are designed to be welcoming, and our coaches will guide you through all of the exercises. We offer modifications and meet you where you are at, whether you are just starting or getting back into a routine.
